I’m still going strong with this meal plan and LOVE how it fits into my life. ![]() I just completed a full round of 21 Day Fix Extreme following the Countdown to Competition meal plan and got INSANE results!! I’m so excited about my results and cant wait to show you how I did it! first I got a 21 Day Fix Extreme Challenge Pack and picked up some light and heavy weights and resistance bands, oh and a yoga mat. This is my second week on 21 Day Fix Extreme.I did well with my eating last week by just keeping track of my food with writing it down.
